Dawn Barber

Dawn Barber, CUA, currently serves as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Taylor Corporation since August 2019, focusing on enhancing the UX team's iterative testing processes. As an Independent Consultant since November 2011, Dawn has collaborated with clients, including Trane and a Global Customer Relationship Management Company, to facilitate user research and design projects. Previous experience includes a role as Senior User Experience Architect at Life Time Fitness, where Dawn's research contributed to significant cost savings and improved marketing strategies, as well as positions at Gomoll Research & Design and Supervalu, focusing on user experience design and usability testing. Dawn has also held managerial roles at RSM McGladrey, where contributions included establishing usability practices and team building. Teaching experience as an instructor at Brown College complements Dawn's academic background, which includes an AAS in Visual Communications from Brown College and a BFA in Studio emphasis: photography from the University of South Dakota.
