Greg Soltis

President, Taylor Business Forms at Taylor

Greg Soltis has extensive experience in various leadership roles within manufacturing and supply chain management. Greg currently serves as the President of Taylor Business Forms, a position they have held since November 2019. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Planning at Taylor Corporation, where they were responsible for developing and executing strategies for multiple solution sets and leading manufacturing operations. Greg also served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Taylor Corporation, driving transformational supply chain strategies.

Before joining Taylor Corporation, Soltis worked as the Vice President of Operations at Edgepark Medical Supplies, where they implemented lean manufacturing strategies and improved multi-warehouse operations. Greg also held positions at Avery Dennison, including Director of Supply Chain, Distribution & Logistics, where they led a team focused on providing consistent service to customers and driving productivity improvements, and Supply Chain Project Manager, where they developed and executed project plans.

Soltis began their career as the Director of Procurement at Akron Brass, where they led the procurement function and negotiated major supplier agreements.

Greg Soltis received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from Bowling Green State University from 1982 to 1986. Greg then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from The University of Toledo from 1988 to 1989. Greg also holds certifications in APICS CPIM and Six Sigma Greenbelt from APICS.
