Michael Albers has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Michael began their career as an Account Manager at LexisNexis in 1989 and eventually became the Regional Manager for Inside Sales, responsible for managing a team and achieving over $35 million in net new and existing business. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the Regional Manager of Platinum Accounts, leading a strategic sales team and generating over $60 million in existing customer revenue.

Albers then moved into various roles at LexisNexis, including Director of Sales for Litigation Services, where they grew $22 million in net new and existing revenue and played a crucial role in corporate acquisitions and integration. Michael also served as Director of Sales for Practice Area Solutions, where they developed a go-to-market strategy and oversaw over $100 million in online and print revenues tied to legal content practice areas. Additionally, they led the sales organization for the LexisNexis product portfolio of e-Discovery SaaS tools and services as the Director of Sales for Litigation SaaS Solutions, accountable for over $25 million in annual net new business while retaining $85 million in existing revenues.

In 2014, Albers joined Taylor Communications as the VP of Business Development for the Labels & Packaging division. In this role, they were responsible for driving North American business development, leading and developing the Mexico Sales, Production, and Operations segment. Michael collaborated closely with various teams to execute a revised go-to-market strategy and contributed to the company's significant growth.

Michael Albers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Financial Services from Wright State University, from 1981 to 1986. Michael then went on to obtain their MBA in Management from Wright State University, from 1989 to 1991.
