Michael Draheim

Michael Draheim has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Taylor Corporation since March 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR administrative functions, including payroll and benefits. Previously, Michael held the position of Employee Services Manager and served as the Benefits Administrator, focusing on retirement plan administration. Michael's career began at Carlson Craft as a Shipping Clerk from September 1989 to April 1996. Educationally, Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 1987 and 1991.
