Nancy Pray

Nancy Pray has extensive experience as a Director of Human Resources. From 2018, they worked at Taylor Corporation, where they were a strategic HR business partner, collaborating with leaders at all levels to optimize talent and cultivate positive work environments. Additionally, they provided consultation and support to senior leaders across various business units. Prior to this, Nancy was the Director of Human Resources at Lifetouch from 2001 to 2018. In this role, they oversaw HR strategies for 3,000 employees spread across multiple production plants, a contact center, and support operations.

Nancy Pray obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Nancy also holds additional certifications, including a Strategic HR Business Partner Certification from the Human Capital Institute, obtained in October 2022. Nancy has a Lean Practitioner certification from the Manufacturers Alliance, obtained in 2012. Nancy is also a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
