Rick Martin

Rick Martin has a diverse work experience in the distribution, logistics, and manufacturing industries. Starting in 1994, they worked as an Account Executive at RR Donnelley Moore. In 1997, they joined Miami Systems, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, leading strategic initiatives and orchestrating successful acquisitions. From 2001 to 2006, Rick served as the National Sales Manager and Sales Specialist for the DPCS Division at Miami Systems, driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles. In 2010, they joined Staples as the Director of Distribution & Logistics, where they redefined distribution centers and introduced new services to unlock new markets. Currently, Rick is the Director of Distribution Operations at Taylor Corporation, where they utilized Lean Principles to strengthen and improve operations across multiple distribution centers.
