Ryan McGuire

Ryan McGuire is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in driving business growth and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Taylor Corporation since January 2019, Ryan supports the Business Unit President and collaborates with leaders on impactful projects. Previously, Ryan held the position of Manager of Process Excellence at Venture Solutions Inc, where expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies was applied to enhance product quality and standardize processes. Ryan's earlier roles at Taylor Corporation included Production Technology/Process Improvement Analyst, and a series of managerial positions at Carlson Craft, including Digital Print Manager. Ryan holds an MBA in General Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
