Our fillings are prepared fresh every day, our breads come from local artisan bakers, and  our ingredients are sustainably sourced - from free-range eggs to locally grown produce.

Sustainability is part of all we do: we work with local suppliers, bake in small batches to avoid waste, and deliver by bike to keep our footprint low.
