Haley Ewing

Haley Ewing, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced talent acquisition specialist and human resources professional currently employed at Taylor since February 2022. With a robust background in human resources spanning multiple roles at Ormat Technologies, Inc. from September 2018 to February 2022, Haley managed HR support for over 200 employees, talent acquisition processes, and the implementation of HR initiatives focused on wellness and engagement. Previous positions include human resources roles at ITS Logistics, where duties encompassed HRIS management and talent acquisition, and a management trainee internship at Enterprise, which provided foundational business experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno.
