Vinoth Vinaya is currently the Managing Director & Business Architect at tba as, where Vinoth is building a growth consultancy to help companies discover and capitalize on new growth opportunities. Additionally, Vinoth is a Partner at Oceans AS, a Norwegian independent agency group. Vinoth is also the CEO & Co-Founder of Hold, a company focused on empowering individuals to achieve their goals effortlessly. Vinoth has previous experience as a Kunderådgiver at DNB and as a Prosjektleder at Start BI. Vinoth holds a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School and a Siviløkonom (Master of Commerce/Business Studies) from BI Norwegian Business School.
