Rekesh Mashru

Rekesh Mashru has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Rekesh started their career in 2006 as a Senior Account Consultant at Hays IT Specialist Recruitment and has since held various roles in companies like REED, People Source Consulting, Lloyds Banking Group, Pontoon Solutions, HSBC, Hastings Direct, and currently, TBA Group as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Their roles have included Recruitment Partner, Recruitment Business Partner, and Senior Consultant.

Rekesh Mashru attended the University of the West of England from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Business Information Systems. Rekesh also completed a First Class honours degree in BA (Hons) Business Information Systems through a sandwich course at the same university during the same period.
