Greg Tucker

Greg Tucker has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2004. Greg began their career as a Consultant at Computer Connections, where they provided hands-on infrastructure installation, administration, support, and sales support for small businesses. In 2005, they took on the role of Project Manager at PLEXENT, where they managed the migration of servers, domain to AD, and Exchange 5. Greg then moved on to Column Technologies, Inc. in 2006, where they served as a Project Manager using the PRINCE2 for BMC Remedy implementations. In 2007, they joined Numara Software as a Senior Implementation Consultant, where they advised and consulted with 90 IT departments on good practices. In 2011, they became a Transition Manager: Process & Operating Model at AIG KK, and also took on the role of Volunteer at Mars Initiative, where they developed a process for Press Releases and integrated G Suite into regular operations. In 2013, they became an ITSM Consultant at Flycast Partners, where they implemented complex risk event reporting processes and configurations. In 2018, they joined TBCASoft as a Consulting Engineer and Commercial Pro-Services Group as a Senior Consultant, where they provided solution consulting, planning, design, implementation, and training in BMC FootPrints and service management best practices.

Greg Tucker has a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from 2006 to 2008, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from 1987 to 1991, and is currently completing Continuing Education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Coursera. Greg also holds certifications from The Linux Foundation, Cherwell University, APM Group, and Project Management International. These certifications include LFS171x: Blockchain for Business - An Introduction to Hyperledger Technologies (2019), Certified Cherwell Engineer Associate (2014), ITIL V3 Expert (2011), and Project Management Professional (PMP) (2002).
