Ling Wu has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1994, they were a Super Computer Research Intern at the Swiss National Supercomputing Center (Centro Svizzero di Calcolo Scientifico). In 1995, they joined Oracle as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, where they managed and delivered Oracle 8i 32-bit to 64bit transform project, developed and delivered Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), and co-designed and developed Oracle Database Five Nines (99.99%). In 1999, they joined BroadVision as Vice President, General Manager of APJ & Greater China, where they redefined Asia Pacific sales strategies and rebuilt teams and logistics in China, Japan, Korea, and ASEAN(India based). Ling also managed a global footprint, including BroadVision's two largest subsidiaries located in Beijing and Bangalore with full functions of Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, F&A and Legal. In 2016, they founded and became CEO of TBCASoft, a startup company utilizing BlockChain technologies with a goal to change the world. Since 2017, they have been Co-Chairman of the Carrier Blockchain Study Group (CBSG) Consortium.
Ling Wu received a BS in Physics from National Taiwan University and an MS in Scientific Computing and Computational Mathematics (SCCM) from Stanford University.
