Wen-Chieh Lo

Wen-Chieh Lo has a range of experience spanning several roles and companies. From January 2022, Wen-Chieh Lo has been working as a Program Manager at TBCASoft. Prior to this, from September 2020 to January 2022, they worked as a Product Manager at \u827e\u65af\u79fb\u52d5 Eyes Media Co., Ltd., where they were responsible for conducting and planning a new retail digital-integrated platform. From May 2019 to May 2020, Wen-Chieh Lo worked as a Product Manager at Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd., within the Digital Banking Division, where they collaborated with LINE and Fubon Group's subsidiaries to expand the LINE Pay payment ecosystem. Lastly, from July 2014 to May 2019, Wen-Chieh Lo worked as a Product Manager (Management Associate) at \u7389\u5c71\u91d1\u63a7, where they coordinated with the data analysis department to plan database marketing campaigns and advertisements.

Wen-Chieh Lo holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from National Taiwan University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications including "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes" and "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" from Coursera in June and July 2022 respectively. Wen-Chieh also earned a certification as a "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org in December 2018.
