Hector Barrero

Hector Barrero is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the power and engineering sectors, currently serving as Vice President & Director for Latin America & Caribbean at Tbea Co., Ltd. since January 2022. Previously, Barrero held various leadership roles at TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group CO., LTD, including Director of the International Department and General Manager of the International Department, focusing on the Latin America & Caribbean regions. Barrero's prior experience includes serving as General Manager for International Sales & Marketing at Hyundai Heavy Industries, where responsibilities entailed managing sales of power transformers and related equipment. Additionally, Barrero has worked as an independent consultant and regional manager for Hyundai Corporation in Colombia earlier in the career.
