Stephen Topp

Stephen Topp is a management consultant with extensive experience in leading teams and delivering successful project outcomes across various industries, including infrastructure, construction, and telecommunications. Currently serving as Country Manager in Saudi Arabia while also holding roles as Associate Director for MENA and APAC, they have developed critical skills in business strategy, analytics, and people management through their MBA studies at Melbourne Business School and an exchange at IESE Business School. Prior to this, Stephen obtained a Graduate Diploma in Project Management and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Victoria University of Wellington. They also contributed as a committee member for the Lighthouse Club Australia from 2016 to 2020. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys traveling, golfing, and reading.
