TBR Community helps you get better outcomes and run sessions that are easier to plan and deliver, without wondering if they’re working.

It is built on Training From the Back of the Room techniques, grounded in learning science and focused on better learning design.

Better design helps you keep attention, build motivation, and improve retention by moving away from lecture and toward active participation, discussion, and practice.

TBR Community offers training, curriculum design support, and a global community of teachers and trainers.

We have Certified Trainers around the world who are dedicated to making learning effective and fun! If you need ideas to help engage your audience and make the most of your time with them, check out our website.
