PHAN PHUONG has been with TBS Group since December 2000, holding various roles such as Development Team Leader and Sales Manager. Currently, as a Business Leader and R&D Director, they oversee the development of new products and their market transition. Additionally, as HR Project Director, they have been involved in restructuring the organization for global production. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Hanoi National University, their expertise lies in product development, marketing, and HR projects.
