Randy Landry has over 20 years of work experience in various roles at T. Baker Smith and T. Baker Smith, LLC.
At T. Baker Smith, they started as a biologist in 1997 and worked their way up to become a project manager in 1999, and then a senior professional in 2002.
In 2005, they joined T. Baker Smith as a Principle-In-Charge and later became the general manager from 2006 to 2009. Randy then served as the vice president of environmental services from 2010 to 2012, and then as the vice president of human resources and strategic development from 2012 to 2018.
In 2018, they took on the role of chief strategy officer and then became the chief people officer in 2020.
Randy Landry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from Nicholls State University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Fisheries Science from Louisiana State University from 1995 to 1997. Earlier in their academic journey, Randy earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Louisiana State University between 1992 and 1995.
