Thomas Devroe has extensive experience in marketing and brand strategy. Thomas currently serves as Senior Brand Strategist at TBWA\\Belgium. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Telenet, including Marketing Manager TV & Entertainment, Senior Marketeer Entertainment, and Marketeer Entertainment. Before joining Telenet, Thomas worked at Danone as Assistant Brand Manager and Shopper Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for creating and executing brand strategies and boosting overall sales through extensive secondary placement projects. Thomas also served as a Sales Representative at Danone. Thomas started their career as a Marketing Intern at Unilever and as Praeses at Ekonomika.

Thomas Devroe received their Master's degree in Business Engineering (Handelsingenieur) from KU Leuven in 2013. In 2012, they participated in an Erasmus exchange program and studied Business Administration at Aarhus University in Denmark. Thomas completed their secondary education at Vita-et-Pax-College Schoten from 2002 to 2008, focusing on Latin-Mathematics. In addition, Thomas is certified in the Mastering Brand Growth Program from brandgym Mastering Brand Growth Program, the Effie Marketing Effectiveness Bootcamp's Marketing Effectiveness Certificate, and the Kaasmeester program from Syntra Antwerpen en Vlaams Brabant (Syntra AB), obtained in 2021, May 2021, and January 2018, respectively.
