Leandro Alves

Leandro Alves is currently the Head of Compliance & Controles Internos at TC and has a diverse background in compliance and risk management. They have held positions including Compliance Manager, Analista de Compliance at Vinci Partners, and Analista de Risco e Compliance at Open Vista Investment Management. Previously, they served as a Partner in Compliance & Risk at Pandhora Investimentos and completed their Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences at Universidade Federal do ABC. Leandro also contributed as a researcher at UFABC and worked as a Meio Oficial Torneiro Ferramenteiro at CBC from 2006 to 2012.
