As the largest independent earthmover & off-the-road tyre specialist and service provider in the UK, T&C Site Services can provide comprehensive tyre services and tyre management packages nationwide. Tyre management packages will prolong tyre life, reduce tyre related downtime, increase production and reduce overall running costs. Skilled tyre fitters provide these services utilising a specialised fleet of vehicles with cranes ranging from 2.3 tons lift (mounted to a 3.5 ton vehicle) up to 68 tons lift (mounted to a 32 ton vehicle). Lifting work and tyre fitting can be organised when machines have scheduled downtime.

Committed to an environmental policy that actively encourages the recycling process they offer Marangoni and Vacu-Lug retread and remould products. Well managed tyres and good casings that can be remoulded, often more than once, negate the need for new tyre purchases, defer disposal costs and minimise environmental impact. High quality vulcanised repairs are carried out at the Stoke-on-Trent workshop and present a cost effective alternative to replacement tyres.

An extensive range of new, remould, solid and part worn tyres are available from brands such as Bridgestone, Continental, Goodyear, Marangoni, Michelin and Triangle. Industrial tyre press services are available as they are a member of Continental’s Industrial Network.

Being independent means that T&C Site Services are guided by customers needs only. They can offer the best tyre for the job taking into account all requirements such as machine, application, site conditions and budget.
