Thomas is a seasoned leader and senior executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, strategy, consulting, business transformation, and digitalization. He has a rich background in the IT industry, having worked on senior leadership levels with leading multinational brands such as Claris/Apple, Microsoft, T-Systems International and Amazon/AWS. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Philips Lighting and Signify DACH.

Thomas' passion especially extends to fostering the growth of medium-sized enterprises as a core sector in Germany. He is also not only a proven manager but an entrepreneur, having founded a leading platform dedicated to EV and connected mobility back in 2010, which he developed, introduced and successfully marketed in DACH as one of the first B2B2C-platforms in that new market.

His guiding philosophy is encapsulated in his credo: "build – measure – learn - grow."
He firmly believes in the importance of digitalization. If you can't digitalize what you have planned, it needs to be changed - or it should not be built.

Thomas` career is marked by a commitment to innovation, digital transformation, customer centricity, and empowering businesses to thrive in the modern digital era and all its endless possibilities.
