TCB Consulting has been building and maintaining bespoke software for Jersey's government, finance, and trust sectors for 30 years. We know the island, we know the legislation, and we know the systems that keep it running.
In 2025, we made a deliberate choice to transform. We've embedded AI into every stage of our development lifecycle — not for the sake of it, but because we saw what was coming and decided to get ahead of it rather than be overtaken by it. We've already built over ten AI-assisted systems and websites, and we're building more.
Today, TCB helps Jersey organisations do the same: adopt AI pragmatically, profitably, and without the hype. We bring 30 years of hard-won knowledge of local systems, processes, and regulation to every engagement — and we combine it with the tools and techniques that are reshaping the industry.
We work with the Government of Jersey, trust companies, law firms, and financial services businesses. We're trusted partners, not just suppliers.

As business analysts, we capture the way your business is working, reviewing and documenting the core functions and mapping the processes. We then model the business as you want it to look and will present an action plan to get there. We will help get buy in from key people through continuous stakeholder interaction.

The end result may be a small change in process that costs nothing more than a little management time to a shiny new system that avoids duplication, improves speed and output or quality of service.
