Seth Tucker

Seth Tucker is currently working as an Evaluation and Learning Consultant at TCC Group since February 2022. Previously, Seth worked as a Natural Capital Portfolio Coordinator at Measurement Matters, where they structured and designed projects using innovative techniques related to Biodiversity, Education, and Fair Trade. Before that, Seth served as a Migrant Education Program Lead & Data Specialist at Northwest Regional Education Service District, ensuring federal compliance and equitable educational programming for over 600 migrant students in rural NW Oregon. Additionally, Seth has experience in teaching citizenship classes to immigrants and refugees, coordinating education programs in the Dominican Republic, directing music education programs, and supervising education departments. Seth holds a Graduate Program Certification in Project Monitoring and Evaluation from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from University of Puget Sound.
