Debi Collins

Debi Collins is the Project Manager at TCDI. Debi has over fifteen years of experience in electronic document management and litigation support. Prior to their current position, Ms. Collins served as the Sr. Program Manager for e-Discovery at Blue Cross NC for over twelve years. In this role, they were responsible for managing the electronic discovery process for a variety of legal matters, including document review, data production, and litigation hold management. Ms. Collins also served as the Customer Service Specialist/Utilization Management Coordinator for Blue Cross NC for four years. In this role, they provided customer service and utilization management support for members of the Blue Cross NC network.

Debi Collins has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Durham Technical Community College and certification from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) as a Certified Specialist in E-Discovery (CEDS).
