John J. Devins

John J. Devins is an experienced leader in the energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Projects at TC Energy since January 2024. Prior to this role, Devins held various positions at ConocoPhillips from 2007 to 2024, including Global Projects Chief and Senior Project Manager. Devins' extensive career also includes significant positions at Technip, Total E&P (Elf Aquitaine), Aker Solutions, and Halliburton Brown & Root, with roles ranging from Senior Facilities Engineer to VP of Engineering & Technology. Devins holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from University College Dublin.
