Patrick Muttart

As Senior Vice-President, Stakeholder Relations, Mr. Muttart provides strategic and functional leadership for the Company’s Public Policy, Government Relations, Indigenous Relations, Environment, Land and Community Engagement activities. He is based in Houston.

Before joining TC Energy, Mr. Muttart spent a decade leading external affairs and communications teams for Philip Morris International in London, Manila, Melbourne and Hong Kong. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director at Mercury, a public strategy firm, in Chicago. Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

Mr. Muttart holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
