Ryan Fair

Ryan Fair, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Short Term Marketing at TC Energy since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Senior Director of Business Development at NextEra Energy Resources from November 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading initiatives for major pipeline infrastructure deals and overseeing a team of business development directors and engineers. Ryan also held the position of Director of Project Development at NextEra Energy, managing a $5 billion interstate pipeline project with comprehensive oversight of development, permitting, and customer relations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Development Manager at Florida Power & Light Company, where Ryan led M&A and infrastructure investments totaling nearly $700 million, as well as serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, achieving the rank of Lieutenant while managing significant assets. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a Master of Engineering from Old Dominion University.
