Currently serving as the Director of Project Governance at TC Energy, they oversee the governance of a capital project portfolio, focusing on multi-billion-dollar infrastructure investments. Tom has a strong track record in advancing project delivery systems, risk management, and innovative applications of Generative AI in project management. They have held various leadership roles at TC Energy and other firms, contributing significantly to project controls and governance throughout their career. Tom holds a degree in Business Administration from Eastern College and has completed an Executive Education Leadership Program at Queen's School of Business.
