Michael Drescher is a seasoned Federal Growth Executive and an ACT-IAC Fellow. With a diverse career spanning over two decades, they held managerial and executive positions at notable organizations such as Arthur Andersen LLP, Deloitte, and Censeo Consulting Group, where they successfully generated significant revenue and secured critical government contracts. Currently, as the Chief Growth Officer at TCG, Michael leads efforts in sales, marketing, and proposals for a company specializing in Agile software development and cloud modernization for the Federal government. Michael holds an MPA and a Graduate Certificate from Princeton University, alongside a BS from Arizona State University.
