As Controller at TCM, Michelle oversees the finance department and works closely with our operations department. She is responsible for helping drive profitable growth through solid financial management and oversight. She is focused on implementing and managing processes to support customer and subcontractor relationships.With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and at TCM, Michelle is passionate about managing through our core values and advancing team ideas that improve processes and provide innovative solutions. She is a proven leader with an excellent record of meeting or exceeding objectives across a wide range of projects and departments.Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon. She enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, skiing and travelling.
