Simon Rhoades is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in financial management and corporate finance. Currently serving as Finance Director at TCNUK since April 2019 and at The Greenhills Group since September 2013, Simon played a vital role in the management buyout of Greenhills Real Estate from institutional shareholders. Previously, Simon held the Finance Director position at Greenhills Real Estate Limited from its incorporation in 2006 and served as Corporate Finance Manager and Finance Director at Hemingway Properties Limited. Early career experience includes nine years as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen, managing audits for a diverse range of clients. Simon began their career as a Pharmacist at the National Neurological Hospital and The Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the School of Pharmacy at Bath University.
