Hailey Hansen

Hailey Hansen has extensive experience in patient financial services, currently serving as a Patient Financial Services Specialist at Twin Cities Orthopedics since June 2011, where responsibilities include collaborating with major insurance companies to accurately file claims. Previously, Hailey worked as a Communication Intern at the Center for Community Engagement, contributing to published articles and developing community newspapers. Leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, managing chapter operations and events. Additional roles include sales associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy and clerical positions at the University of North Dakota, where duties involved administrative support. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of North Dakota, completed in 2016.
