Katrina Rueter

Katrina Rueter, MBA, RN, serves as the Vice President of Clinic Services at Twin Cities Orthopedics, overseeing three clinic regions and managing over $70 million in annual revenue across seven clinics, partnering with more than 50 physicians and 300 staff. Responsibilities include full P&L management, administrative leadership for orthopedic trauma and spine programs, physician recruitment, and the development of strategic plans to enhance services and market share. Prior roles include Director of Clinical Integration at MNGI Digestive Health and Director of Clinical Practice at Minnesota Gastroenterology, P.A., with a strong foundation in nursing and healthcare management supported by an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel University.
