Kaylyn Freeman

Kaylyn Freeman is a board-certified Physician Assistant that works in conjunction with Dr. Diekmann to coordinate excellent patient care. Kaylyn sees patients in the clinic setting along with Dr. Diekmann, performs injections, first assists in the operating room, and helps with post-operative care and orthopedic management of patients. As an extension of Dr. Diekmann’s practice, Kaylyn values patient education, shared decision making, and high-quality patient centered-care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new coffee shops, and searching for the best slice of pizza.
