Mitch Kary

Mitch Kary, PT, DPT, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of North Dakota where he also completed his undergraduate work in Physical Therapy and played baseball. He holds certification as a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner and is also certified in the Graston Technique method of soft tissue mobilization. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the evaluation and treatment of a variety of orthopedic and sport-related injuries as well as post-operative care. He as a special interest in the analysis of pitching mechanics and rehabilitation of overhead athletes as well as return to sport training of lower extremity injuries. He is married to his wife Kristan and has three children Hudson, Hayes, and Hattan. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family at the lake and playing sports.
