Mitch Webster, CSCS, is currently the Head Sports Performance Coach at Irondale High School in New Brighton, MN. They previously held positions as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Aberdeen Central High School and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Augustana University and Northern State University. A former football student-athlete at Augustana University from 2015 to 2019, Mitch earned a Bachelor's degree in Fitness Management & Sport Management and a Master's degree in Sports Administration & Leadership. Originally from the Greater Denver Area, Mitch continues to contribute to the field of sports performance training.
