Seth Engberg, DPT, has five plus years of clinical experience throughout the Twin Cities and Florida with the majority of his experience being in an out-patient orthopedic setting. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Health Sciences and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. Seth has always been active in sports including soccer, golf and baseball. He became a physical therapist due to his passion for helping athletes and individuals recover from everyday injuries. He specializes in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions including but not limited to: post-surgical, athletic, and overuse injuries. In physical therapy treatments, Seth places an emphasis on manual therapy techniques including muscle energy techniques and the Graston Technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), coupled with individualized exercise programs and patient education to ensure long-term success for his patients. Outside of work, Seth stays busy with family life and is an avid golfer who likes to travel and stay active.
