Ali Abbas

Ali Abbas has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ali started their career in 2007 as a Telesales Representative at Ovex Technologies, where they provided customer support for DELL computers and made sales on incoming calls. In 2008, they worked as a Customer Services/Sales Executive at Top Rank Services, where they provided after-sales support to customers and upsold new products.

In 2009, Ali joined Abacus Consulting as a Team Lead Operations, where they managed a team of over 20 employees and ensured high-quality results. Ali then worked at MediaCast as a Sales Executive and later as a Warehouse Operations Lead, organizing inventory and providing retail sales support.

In 2014, Ali worked at Alore Media as an Account Manager, providing expertise in media and branding. Ali then joined Abacus Consulting again in 2015 as a Management Associate - Outbound Operations, where they managed a team of agents and ensured the achievement of business targets.

Ali's career progressed to Humanity.com, Inc. in 2016, where they served as an Account Manager for the North America region. Their responsibilities included onboarding and product understanding for trial users.

From 2016 to 2020, Ali worked at Zameen.com as an Assistant Manager Sales and later as a Zonal Sales Manager, where they motivated the sales team and connected buyers with sellers across Pakistan.

In 2020, Ali joined OLX Pakistan as a Zonal Sales Manager, where they managed sales for the OLX Motors classified department and trained sales staff throughout the country.

Most recently, Ali joined TCP Software in 2022 as a Business Development Lead and was promoted to Manager Lead Orchestration - RevOps. In this role, they oversee orchestration operations and leads the development of revenue strategies.

Throughout their career, Ali has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and customer support skills. Ali has experience in various industries, including software, real estate, media, and BPO.

Ali Abbas completed their high school education in Computer Science at PAF Intermediate College Lahore Cantt from 1992 to 2002. Later, they pursued an honors degree in Commerce at Punjab College from 2005 to 2007.
