Technical Business Analyst at TCP Software

Allan Gaertner has relevant work experience in the field of technical business analysis and implementation. Starting in 2017, they worked at TCP Software as a Technical Business Analyst, where they gathered integration specifications and translated them into functional requirements. Allan also served as a liaison between stakeholders and internal developers, planned upcoming sprints, and prioritized tickets. Prior to TCP Software, Allan worked at Angelo State University from 2013 to 2017. Allan initially worked as a Desktop Support Technician, providing tier 2 on-site and remote support for university faculty and staff. Allan also participated in a computer refresh project. Later, Allan became the Desktop Support Team Lead, guiding a team of technicians and delegating tasks. Allan also created troubleshooting documentation to assist technicians and end-users.

Allan Gaertner has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Angelo State University. Allan also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the same university. Prior to their university education, they attended McCallum High School. Additionally, they have obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
