Burke LaShell is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and information technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at TCP Software since March 2024, Burke oversees two SMB products. Prior roles include VP of Engineering at Ethico, where responsibility encompassed IT, software development, and a team of approximately 25 engineers focused on Compliance and Sanctions product lines. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at both Agreement Express and SkillSurvey, Burke managed IT across various functions, leading teams of up to 40 engineers. An early career at Vanguard as IT Manager involved development and support of intranet systems for 13,000 users. Burke holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Engineering Management of Technology from The Wharton School, and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University.
