Zohaib Ul Hasan

Zohaib Ul Hasan has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Zohaib started their career at Global Bridge Communications in 2014 as a Telesales Specialist. Zohaib then moved on to FutureNow Technologies in 2015, where they worked as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Consultant for two years.

In 2017, Zohaib worked at BrainPlow as a Telesales Manager, responsible for managing a team and overseeing various projects. Zohaib also handled tasks such as creating reports and monitoring team performance.

Following that, Zohaib joined Activekey Solutions in 2019 as a Program Support Specialist. In this role, they communicated with insurance companies to gather specific medical benefits and eligibility information on behalf of healthcare providers. Currently, Zohaib is employed at TCP Software as a Technical Support Specialist. Zohaib'sresponsibilities include supporting businesses using Humanity or ScheduleBase services for scheduling. Zohaib responds to calls, chats, and emails, resolves queries according to standard operating procedures, and ensures positive feedback from clients.

Zohaib Ul Hasan completed their Matriculation in Computer Science from Army Public School - (APSACS) from 2002 to 2013. Zohaib then pursued their Intermediate degree in Business/Commerce, General from Federal Board between 2016 and 2018.
