Ashish Razdan

Ashish Razdan is a seasoned corporate and M&A Partner at Khaitan & Co, one of India's leading law firms, bringing over two decades of expertise in corporate law. They advise both domestic and international clients on complex transactions including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures. Ashish also serves as the India Working Group Liaison Officer for the International Bar Association, focusing on the exchange of legal knowledge between Indian and global practitioners. They hold an LL.M. from King's College London and have completed certificate programs in law firm management from Harvard Law School and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Currently, Ashish is an Independent Director for multiple organizations, while continuing to pursue continued education.
