Will Boom

Will Boom is an experienced mechanical engineer with a career spanning several decades in various roles and companies. Starting at Océ - A Canon Company from November 1985 to April 2005 as a mechanical engineer, Will focused on building and testing prototypes as well as transferring new machines to production. Following that, at Marel from April 2005 to March 2015, Will served as a senior mechanical design engineer, designing prototype and pre-series machines while maintaining contacts with external development partners. Will's expertise continued to grow while leading mechanical engineering teams at Ronmas BV from April 2015 to October 2017 and at Fuji Seal Europe from July 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included departmental management, planning, budgeting, and quality assurance. Currently, Will is the lead engineer and team leader at TCPM ingenieurs & adviseurs since January 2023. Will holds degrees in werktuigbouwkunde from both MTS and HTS institutions.
