Working in the logistics and supply chain arena trying to create a more procurement and supplier friendly solution. The days of transactional cost savings are getting further behind us and the real key is sustainable long term visionary partnerships between customer and supplier. It is going to be a challenging period of time with all of the commodity pricing changes and the pressure ever downwards on cost. We try to manage a process and a solution for our clients where there is a genuine win win for all parties that is here to stay both for now and in the future. We embrace a TCO culture and once we get over the “price barrier” we will be in a market where sustainable cost effective implementation changes are the norm, with a share of the spoils in the future understanding where to ask for the benefit and where to accept a compromise.

Working to beat the pressure of today's economy and do it on time, in full and on budget is what we thrive on. Our team is wide and varied and our skill base is increasing into other areas such as non-direct procurement and outsourcing management facilities.

Understanding the market strategy, the pressure and the next big thing is where we are...
