Aditya Kastwar has over nine years of experience in the IT sector, particularly within the airline and MRO domain, serving in various roles at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2013 to November 2022. Key positions included Portfolio Manager for MRO IT Applications at Qantas Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed business analysis, requirement gathering, managing offshore deliveries, and IT support management. As an Agile Coach and Manager for airline MRO IT applications, Aditya played a crucial role in restructuring IT operations based on business capabilities.
