Alan Hayward

Alan Hayward has extensive experience in project management and technology delivery, spanning roles at several prominent companies. Beginning at Superdrug as a Project Manager from 1998 to 2013, Alan transitioned to Starbucks as Project Manager EMEA IT until 2016. Following this, Alan served as IT Project Manager at Arsenal F.C. and Director at Harvon Consulting Ltd. from 2016 to 2020. Alan worked as IT Project Manager at Dixons Carphone, successfully replacing payment gateway systems across multiple retail locations. Most recently, Alan held the role of Portfolio Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, managing projects for Diligeta Limited, and later took on the position of Technology Delivery Manager, overseeing the delivery of POS and Payment projects for the M&S business.
