Albert Tien

Albert Tien is a Senior Partner in Experience Transformation at Tata Consultancy Services, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Tien worked as the Executive Director and Head of CX at the same company from 2022 to 2023, and held various roles in user experience, including SVP at TBWA\WORLDHEALTH and Director of User Experience at Area 23 and DDB. Tien began their career as a Project Manager at Gabriels Technology Solutions and has accumulated extensive experience in UX/UI and product design across multiple industries. They earned a B.S. in Business Management from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management in 2003.
