Alpha Diallo is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in deployment, support, and cloud technologies. Initially working as an IT Deployment Field Engineer and later as a Deskside Engineer at Fujitsu UK and Ireland, Alpha provided 2nd and 3rd Line support for end users globally. After roles at BT Engage IT and DXC Technology focusing on migration support and software delivery, Alpha advanced to positions as a DevOps Engineer and Consultant at Cloudreach and Tata Consultancy Services, respectively. Currently serving as Platform Infra Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, responsibilities include managing a team of DevOps engineers and developing a Data Science Echo-System Platform in AWS for a major pharmaceutical client. Alpha holds a HND Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology from Newcastle College.
